Submissions Reminder and Group Update

Hello everyone, this is my first group blog, so bear with me on this.

First of all I would like to bring your attention to submissions. Please, PLEASE when considering a piece for submission to the group read the Submission Guidelines which are on the front page of the group. Here is the excerpt I'd like to highlight:

"- dAPagan Asks that you submit only deviations that contain obvious pagan religious content. Simple Fantasy or Dark works with no perceived Pagan Content will not be added to the Club Gallery. We are seeking works that bear RELIGIOUS SIGNIFICANCE to your Pagan Path.

We realize that the line between fantasy, mythology, and many of the trappings of paganism exist in a world of gray area. Let us provide an example of what we consider as the difference between acceptable submissions and unacceptable submissions. This is in NO WAY a dig at anyone's path, or what is deemed "acceptable paganism". That is not for us to decide; we just have to judge your submissions."

Now, if a piece does not have any noticeable visual 'Pagan' elements that we as staff can see, BUT the piece has spiritual significance to YOU personally, please add that to the description of the piece. If neither of these things are found, your piece will be declined I'm afraid.

Secondly! Sadly only myself and Raini-Tempest are active mods at the moment and with things like work and life getting in the way the group has been quiet. The thing is, most submissions to everything but 'Featured' have to have THREE votes to be accepted. So, if you would be willing to perhaps join the team and help us that would be great!

How active you are on dA every day.
